 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  I missed a call and when I called back I got a text message shortly after saying they were in a meeting. And after I responded they called me back quickly. If you're in a meeting how do you have time to text someone right after and then call them a few minutes after? And they didn't answer my last text message but they responded when i went to the contact us page on the website. The person I spoke with "neha" said during our first conversation I could apply for grants then during the second conversation she said they weren't available. So why not say that the first time. I can't prove it but it seems like they're only aiming to help immigrants which is okay I'll go elsewhere just don't act like I didn't hear what you said the first time and wouldn't notice the change of attitude in the second encounter. It just rubbed me the wrong way and i would say it's a complete waste of time for canadians.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Tita Maria Bernardo who has been incredibly supportive throughout my journey—from when I was still in the Philippines until I finally arrived here in Canada. Starting a new life in another country can be challenging and confusing, especially when you are unfamiliar with many of the systems and processes. From the very beginning, she patiently answered all of my questions and guided me through every step. No matter how small or complicated my concerns were, she always took the time to explain things clearly and offer helpful advice. Even after I arrived in Canada, her support did not stop. She continued to guide me with important things such as understanding school requirements, adjusting to life here, and even helping me with my OSAP. My friend passed along Usha’s contact, and after reaching out, she presented me with various study options. Upon finding the FSW program promising job prospects, she offered insightful career counselling that guided me towards the right course. Additionally, she assisted me with the OSAP Application, showcasing her helpful and kind nature. Impressed, I recommended Usha to my friends, who also received her valuable assistance. Upon completing my course, the placement support facilitated my transition into a fulfilling full-time job. Subsequently, I pursued a position in long-term care, where I currently work full-time. My friend introduced me to Usha and she encouraged me to study the Food Service Worker Program based on my skills and interest. After I successfully completed the course in a community college, I started applying for jobs with my old resume. That is when Jasli approached me from the Job department and provided me support and guidance on how to apply for jobs and later connected me to Mano.
